Helping Susan's Family

Hello Everyone-

This is actually Jackie's friend, Brooke Richards, sending this email. I am trying to organize meals for the family, and once a week housework for both Susan's house and Jackie's house. I have created an online Care Calendar so you can use the following link and log in information to view the calendar and sign up to bring a meal or clean. It's pretty simple to use, when you see a need in red that you wish to fulfill, just click on it and you can sign up for it. It the need is in green someone has already signed up for it.

We are asking that dinner be provided everyday, for Chuck, Ben and Jack. You can take the meal to Jackie's. Ben is allergic to peanuts, so please NO peanuts :)

Also we are asking for volunteers to go to Jackie's and Susan's once a week for general cleaning and laundry. Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, etc. If you sign up for housework I will contact you with how to get into the houses if Chuck or Jack are not home.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for your help!!! As many of these burden's as we can lift from Jackie's shoulders, the better. Also, Jackie will be sending updates and any other requests for needs most every day so you can all stay informed.

You can pass the calendar link/logon to anyone who would like to help. We have set up the calendar for just one month for now, but I am sure the family will have needs for many months to come. I will send a new email everytime we update that.
